If something is off, we’ll get it sorted right away and make sure things are as easy as possible.

Perfect Bottle Fit Guarantee

• Order your HydroLatch Expander risk free. If it doesn’t fit your bottle perfectly we’ll happily organise a fast and easy refund.
• The Perfect Bottle Fit Guarantee does not cover car cup holder compatibility. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the HydroLatch Expander is compatible with their vehicle's cup holder by referring to the 'Compatible Cup Holders' section or contacting us directly. Refunds will only be issued if the product does not fit your bottle, not if it is incompatible with your car’s cup holder.

 

Product Issues

Physical Defect

• It’s pretty rare, but if there is any sort of physical defect with the HydroLatch Expander on arrival, just send us a photo showing the defect and we’ll happily replace it (and send them to you via express post), or refund you right away if you’d prefer.
• If we require you to return the HydroLatch Expander, we’ll happily cover return postage costs.

 

Performance

• If your new HydroLatch Expander is a bit tight to adjust, we’d first recommend to twist the base and top to full extension a few times. Often this really helps!
• Otherwise, if you’ve tried this and it hasn’t helped, we’re always happy to replace your HydroLatch Expander or organise a full refund (your choice).
• If we require you to return the HydroLatch Expander, we’ll happily cover return postage costs.

 

Other Issues (incl. Delivery)

We’ll also happily organise a replacement or refund when:

• Product arrives damaged or are lost in transit.
