We like to keep things simple, and our returns policy is no different.

If something is off, we’ll get it sorted right away and make sure things are as easy as possible.

  • Order your HydroLatch risk free. If it doesn’t fit perfectly we’ll happily organise a fast and easy refund.

 

Product Issues

Physical Defect

  • It’s pretty rare, but if there is any sort of physical defect with the HydroLatch on arrival , just send us a photo showing the defect and we’ll happily replace it (and send them to you via express post), or refund you right away if you’d prefer.
  • If we require you to return the HydroLatch, we’ll happily cover return postage costs.

 

Performance

  • If your new HydroLatch is a bit tight to adjust, we’d first recommend to twist the base and top to full extension a few times. Often this really helps!
  • Otherwise, if you’ve tried this and it hasn’t helped, we’re always happy to replace your HydroLatch or organise a full refund (your choice).
  • If we require you to return the HydroLatch, we’ll happily cover return postage costs.

 

Other Issues (incl. Delivery)

We’ll also happily organise a replacement or refund when:

  • Product arrives damaged or are lost in transit.
