We understand how frustrating slow delivery and lack of updates can be. That's why we deliver to you fast, and make sure you’re kept up to date with the progress of your shipment. 

 

How much will shipping cost?

• Regular shipping is $7.50.
• Express shipping is $12.00.
• Our shipping rates are flat for all orders, regardless of order size or delivery location in Australia. 

 

When will I get my HydroLatch?

• Orders received before 10am AEST on business days will be dispatched on the same day. 
• Regular shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express post: 1-3 business days.

 

How can I track my order?

• Shortly after dispatching your order we’ll send you an email with a tracking number where you’ll be able to view detailed shipping updates.

When will my Hydrolatch be shipped?

• Get your order in before 10AM AEST (Mon - Fri) and we'll get your order out on the same day. 

 

Can you leave them at my front door?

• Yes, in light of COVID-19 situation and to ensure zero contact delivery all shipments will be left in a safe place at your address.

 

Can I pick them up?

• Currently, we do not offer customer pick up. However, we offer fast shipping all over Australia. This includes residential, PO Boxes and workplace addresses.
• If you want them fast, you also have the option to upgrade to express post.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

• At the moment we ship to Australia only. 

 

How will my Hydrolatch be sent? 

• All orders are sent with Australia Post, in an Australia post satchel.
